Premise in general is sanitary. No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
Hand washing sinks in working order with paper towels, liquid soap and running water.
Hot and cold running water available.
Walk in cooler was not in use. It is being used only for dry storage.
Food protected from contamination. Condiments are sanitary.
Single use items are sanitary and discarded per use.
Grill cooler at 3C mayo, sandwich cooler at 4C lettuce, Fridge 1 freezer pita bread -19C, fridge 3C salsa.
Stand up freezer bread and meats at -20C. Chest freezer at -16C for fries.
Pop cooler 5C only nonperishable soft drinks.
Hot holding units and inserts measured at 82C or above.
Dish washer final rinse at above 50 ppm chlorine at the plate as per test trips.
Spray bottles have 200 ppm chlorine sanitizer and in use.
2 compartment sink in use.
Temperature monitors and chemical test strips in use.
Staff demonstrate good personal hygiene.
