Routine inspection conducted:

- Front freezers at -16 to -27 degrees C. Note: Back freezer is empty and has been turned on recently following cleaning.
- Thermometers accurate to 1 degree C available for cold holding units
- Dipper well for scoops is functional
- Hand washing sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- Sink plugs available for ware washing sinks. Bleach on site. Reviewed washing and sanitizing procedures for utensils--adequate.
- Bleach sanitizer prepared at 100 ppm chlorine at time of inspection
- Washroom sink is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels
- No evidence of pest activity noted. Pest control is on site monthly.
- Temperature logs and sanitation checklists are maintained.
