Met with Manager on site, Lorraine, and discussed the following issues from the last inspections:

- none - latex gloves have been provided to the staff that need to cover the band aid.
- cleaning procedure for floors have been set up, and followed. However, the proposal is still to install the proper janitorial facility at this location. The old upright freezer will be replaced and new janitorial facility will be installed, separate from the cleaning- dishwashing area. in progress
- no employees at the serving area are eating/drinking while serving food to the general public.

- daily temperature logs are up to date.
- quats used as approved sanitizer, measured at 300ppm ( just ensure to have it at 200ppm )
- pest control company is available on site.
- dry storage area - well organized
