Staff washroom has been removed, hand washing sink will remain for staff. Staff to use the two washrooms in the main area instead. Old washroom sink supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Ensure that the paper towel dispenser is being used.Note that this sink must remain in place. Prep cooler door was repaired. Freezer door was temporarily repaired. It will require replacement soon. Outstanding items: Slight leak still observed at the 2-compartment sink. The water intake lines were replaced, however the leak turned out to be another issue. Ensure that this is repaired as soon as possible. Ensure that all foods are kept in sealed, pest proof containers with lids at all times. Report discussed with the manager, Chris.
