- All hand washing stations were properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm, test strips available for use. Sanitizer solution is changed every 2 hours.
- In-use utensils are washed every 2 hours - good
- High-temperature dishwasher reached 77C at dish surface during rinse cycle - good
- All coolers were measured to be at or below 4C
- All freezers were measured to be at or below -18C
- Temperature records well maintained and up to date
- Food storage practices satisfactory, dry storage areas satisfactory
- General sanitation satisfactory
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition
- Mop sink area maintained in sanitary condition
