Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Food debris was found on both slicers after washing and sanitizing.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all equipment is properly washed and sanitized after each use to prevent potential contamination. equipment may need to be soak to loosen food debris prior to cleaning and sanitizing. Equipment was washed and sanitized at the time of inspection.

Observation: Walk-in cooler was at 8C.
Corrective Action(s): Service or adjust cooler and ensure it can maintained 4C or less on a consistent basis. Cooler cannot be used for the storage of potentially hazardous foods until it is able to maintained 4C or less on a consistent basis. Technician has been contacted and will repair the motor tomorrow.

-Sandwich prep coolers were at 4C.
-Under counter cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -16C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C. Foods are reheated in the microwave to greater than 74C prior to hot holding.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink.
-Quats sanitizer pail and spray bottle tested at 200ppm. Containers properly labelled.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods covered and stored off the ground.
-General sanitation food at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until July 24, 2026.
