Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted.
Walk-in cooler and undercounter prep cooler less than 4C.
Walk-in freezer and standup freezer at -18C.
Hot holding of pizza was at 38C. Whiteboard used to monitor pizza within a 2 hour period.
3-compartment sink was being setup at the time of inspection. Chlorine compartment was at 100ppm. However, only 1 sink plug was available. Ensure at least 3 sink plugs are available to fill up all 3 sinks.
No pest noted at the time of inspection.
Food items properly covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
