All outstanding items from previous routine inspection have been corrected. Kitchen and sushi area floor and counter tops as well as equipment have been thoroughly cleaned. Ensure to maintain facility in sanitary condition by cleaning on a regular basis to prevent grime and debris build up. Broken ice machine has been removed from the storage area allowing for more room. Dry storage and non-food storage areas have been organized. Food Safety Plan for kimchi preparation has been submitted. Thank you for your effort and cooperation.
