Wheat grass food utensils in use stored in an ice filled container. Premise cleaning conducted. Mouse droppings cleaned under shelving at time of inspection. Reviewed proper use of disposable gloves with staff on duty. Gloves are to be discarded whenever removed from hands. Staff are to wash their hands before wearing new disposable gloves.
