Observation: REPEAT OBSERVATION: Rodent droppings observed in the following areas;
-on towels underneath the dish drying area
-on the dishwasher rack stored under the kitchen corner countertop
-behind chest freezers in the storage room
-on various shelves in the storage room
-behind domestic style cooler units in the main area
-behind the hot holding unit
Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas. Sanitize area using a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution. Cleaning of the facility must be done on a more frequent basis.

Observation: Front door is kept open during operation due to heat build up in the store. Rodent infestation has been an ongoing issue at this facility for the past number of inspections
Corrective Action(s): Operator must keep front door closed or blocked to prevent entry of pests. Due 1 week.

Observation: Some grease build up noted around the food prep area and around the stove. cleaning has improved since last inspection however it must be better
Corrective Action(s): Operator must immediately clean the facility. Ensure that the cleaning is done on a more frequent basis.

=Handwash station (bbt station stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot/cold running water.
=Domestic coolers (right 2C left 4C) and white door mini cooler (2C) measured < 4 degrees C
=chest freezers measured -20C to -15C
=Taiwanese meat sauce hot holding (70C), however violations for hot holding also observed and noted above
=High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 76.0 C at the dish surface (minimum 71 C required for proper sanitizing)
=Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm chlorine in spray bottles
=Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 certification verified to be valid to August 2026
