-Follow-up inspection to June 09, 2020. -Handwash station in the food prep area had hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff are NOT to turn off the water supply to the handwash stations. -Staff member has completed FODOSAFE Level 1. Provided temporary certificate for June 26, 2020. FOODSAFE Level 1 is valid until June 26, 2025. -Staff was able to provide information on proper hand hygiene. Ensure staff wash their hands whenever they become contamination to prevent potential cross contamination. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
