- Back door closed at time of inspection

- Clean and sanitize areas with a 1:10 bleach solution (1 cup bleach: 10 cups water)
- Follow all pest control recommendations

- handwashing stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water - do not block with aprons
- sanitizer measured 100ppm chlorine
- three compartment sink not set up at time of inspection
- cheese cutter replaced
- ensure deli slicer is cleaned frequently
