All coolers were < 4 C All freezers were < -18 C. Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 78 C at the plate. No evidence of pests. Temperature records up to date. General sanitation was satisfactory.
