Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Sanitizer solution improperly mixed. Staff used Mr. Clean cleaner and bleach to make solution.

**Staff must verify that the dishwashing is achieving the proper Final Rinse Temperature (82 deg C) before using unit to wash dishes.
