Preparation cooler insert temperature measured 2C, under counter cooler measures 1C.
Walk in cooler temperature measured 4C and below.
All freezing units temperature measured -18C and below.
Food in walk in cooler are labelled with date and well covered with food grade container
High temperature dishwasher temperature measured 80C at plates surface. Temperature gauge showed 189F
QUAT dispenser chemical detected 200 ppm
Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer bucket when not in use.
All handsinks are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Temperature log is well maintained and available on site to review.
Operator had Foodsafe level 1 certificate, expires in 2023.
General sanitation is satisfactory, no evidence of pests noted during inspection.
Permit posted at front area.
Hot holding unit temperature measure 70C.
