Hand wash stations were provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Sanitizer solution (quats) was at 200 ppm (ensure sanitizer containers under espresso machines are change more often as solution gets murky fast due to milk). Coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Freezers were at or below -18 deg C. High temperature dishwasher reached 75 deg C at plate surface. Temperature log was well-maintained. Pest control in place. Most recent inspection report was reviewed. Washrooms were in sanitary condition. General sanitation was satisfactory. However, pay special attention to the garbage bin beside the black cooler at the front counter. Clean off coffee grind on the side and bottom of the garbage bin cabinet throughout the day.
