Observation: Build up of slime still found in ice machine on white plastic located above baffle. This location was pointed out to staff at time of inspection. Staff has indicated that the company contracted to maintain the device will be contacted.
Corrective Action(s): Contact cleaning company to have serviced immediately. Ice should be discarded immediately.

Follow-up inspection conducted in response to report #TCHN-BYZQ7N

Sandwich prep cooler holding salad malfunctioning and will be replaced in approximately 1 month. Foods stored in this unit will be considered to be held at ambient temperature.
Only salad can be stored in this cooler, products can remain in cooler for 2 hours and must be discarded afterwards. Leftover products should be discarded at end of day. Only shelf stable product may be stored in the undercounter compartment.

Thawing foods in walk-in cooler moved to a safer location by staff during inspection. Please find a location that is located below or away from foods that will not be cooked to thaw foods.
