Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): * A red bucket of sanitizer was not at proper concentration of 200 ppm quaternary ammonium and had to be changed to proper concentration; do not dilute sanitizer solution at dispenser as it should come out at proper concentration at dispenser (minimum 200 ppm quaternary ammonium)
Corrective Action(s): * Ensure sanitizer maintained at proper concentration at all times during operation (eg. minimum 200 ppm quaternary ammonium)

* Note: some cleaning to be done under 2-door milk cooler as build up of debris/grime noted
* Hand washing stations had liquid soap and paper towels
* Note: partition at coffee bar to be reinstalled as per plan approval
