Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The glasswasher had 0 ppm Iodine.
Corrective Action(s): A new iodine bottle was connected to the glasswasher and 12.5 ppm Iodine was achieved. Staff were shown how to use the Iodine test strips. Purchase test strips and test daily.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The kitchen hand washing sink had no paper towels.

-Purchase Iodine test strips for the glasswasher within 2 weeks.
The dishwasher had 50 ppm chlorine.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Test the glasswasher and dishwasher daily.
Reviewed cooling procedures with the cook.
