Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer was measured at 50-100ppm in spray bottles and cloth bucket.
Corrective Action(s): Fresh solution manually diluted at 200ppm. Ensure this is maintained at 200ppm (quats sanitizer efficacy is not maintained below this). Do not exceed this strength.

Observation: Quats sanitizer dispenser is not functioning at 200ppm dilution.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure the dispenser is serviced by Monday next week - unit must be dispensing at 200ppm quats. Call for reinspection once fixed.

Observation: Neither of the staff on duty during inspection had taken Food Safe Level 1 or an equivalent food safety course.
Corrective Action(s): Register at least one additional staff member for Food Safe by next week (15th July 2016). Forward proof of registration/completion of courses to the area inspector - card provided.
