- Handsink is stocked - 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottles - High temp dishwasher reached >71C at plate's surface - Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate (<4C coolers, <-18C freezers) - Hot holding foods (patties, gravy etc.) measured >60C - Temperature monitoring is in place - General sanitation is good - FOODSAFE level 1 trained employees present - No signs of pest activity noted at the time of inspection NOTE: - Observed leak from pipe at handwashing sink. The shift supervisor noted that contractor has been contacted.
