-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -24C.
-Upright cooler was at 4C.
-Dairy creamer cooler was at 4C.
-McCafe area refrigeration units (3) were at 4C.
-French fry freezer was at -5C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60. Hot foods are time tracked and discarded every 15 to 20 minutes.
-Condiments stored at room temperature time tracked.
-Beef patties were cooked to greater than 71C (minimum of 71C required for proper cooking).
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm to 200ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Quats santiizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Kay 5 sanitizer was at 100ppm chlorine.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-Ice machine was found to be clean and sanitary. Ice scoop stored in a sanitary manner.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. Minor pest activity observed by the handwash station in the McCafe area.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 Equivalent valid until March 06, 2025.
