Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cooked rice used for fried rice were stored in a large tray under room temperature. Internal food product temperature of the rice measured at 8C.
Corrective Action(s): Staff moved the tray of rice into the cooler. Cooked rice must be stored at 4C or less / 60C or above and must not be stored at room temperature.

Observation: Containers of food stored inside the glass-door cooler were not covered.
Corrective Action(s): Cover all the containers of food with a food-grade cover during storage such as saran wrap. Food must be protected from contamination during storage. Correct by: today.

Observation: The plastic hand presser for the soap dispenser close to the serving area was broken.
Corrective Action(s): Replace the aforementioned hand presser to ensure liquid hand soap can be easily dispensed. Correct by: Dec 11, 2019.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizing spray bottles used were not labelled. All chemical containers on site must be labelled to prevent misuse.
Corrective Action(s): Staff labelled the sanitizing spray bottles during the inspection.
