Follow up inspection. Corrections completed: Backdoor has been repaired and was closed at time of inspection. Food inventory is no longer covered with garbage bags. Food protected from contamination. Food grade saran wraps was in use - good. Outstanding items: -fumehood cleaning records not available to indicate servicing and cleaning was completed. -Front display cooler still disconnected and not in working order. Only low risk foods being stored in unit. Spoke with owner on the phone and he will provide food safety plan and cleaning record update by email. Business card left behind with staff.
