Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Evaporated milk stored in open can in undercounter cooler.
2. Scoops stored in ice.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Once opened, either use all or transfer remaining contents of cans to a food grade container.
2. Do not store scoop on ice. Directed staff to store scoops in designated container at time.

3 compartment sink - proper warewashing procedures for blenders, mixers and other food contact surfaces demonstrated by staff; 3rd compartment filled with solution ~ 100 ppm chlorine detectable. Make sure to utilize your test strips (100 - 200 ppm) to verify concentration is adequate.
Spray sanitizer bottle ~ 200 ppm detectable.
No signs of pests.
Ice machine in satisfactory condition.
Minor cleaning required beneath shelves.
One staff on site who advised that Foodsafe was just completed in June 2018.
