Corrective Action(s): Ensure units are capable of maintaining a temperature of 4C or below. Move items to another cooler/fridge capable of measuring 4C or below.
Front fridge adjusted by operator, ensure that this unit is capable of measuring 4C or below. Food items in unit moved to walk-in cooler.
