Observation: The washroom did not have hot water. The operator indicated that the hot water tap is broken.

Observation: Prep cooler closest to the cash register had an ambient temperature of 12 C. Non-potentially hazardous foods stored inside of the cooler. The operator indicated that a new cooler is on order and will take a month to arrive on site.
Corrective Action(s): 1 month. Call Fraser Health once the new cooler has arrived and is in working order.

The walk-in cooler and the second front prep. cooler were < 4 C.
The walk in freezer was at -18 C.
Temperature records up to date.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests.
Both food preparation area hand sinks had hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
Follow up inspection required.
