Routine inspection: Laser hair removal using IPL: Warning sign posted on door to room. Laser machine equipped with an emergency on/off button and is key operated. Laser hand pieces (2) disinfected with 70% ispropyl alcohol after use. Completely opaque client goggles disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution after use. No needles or extractors used. No mirrors in treatment room. ***Remove from the treatment room the bar stool. Cover the stainless steel tray and wired shelving unit.*** Razors for preparing skin single use and discarded into the available sharps container. Skin rejuvenation: Lotions and creams are dispensed and applied using single use wooden sticks/spatulas. Single use freshly laundered linen towels available for use. Treatment bed paper liner single use. General: Designated hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Washroom hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Laundry services done onsite separate from personal items. Flooring and lighting adequate.
