- Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius with the exception of the standing 2-door display cooler near the walk-in freezer
*Operator indicates that the cooler doors have been open recenly for access. Ensure to monitor this unit closely to confirm that the temperature returns to 4 Celsius or colder. If it doesn't, transfer foods to alternate coolers and contact a repair technician to service the unit.
