Routine Inspection Tim Hortons: -Handwashing sink equipped with liquid soap, single use towels and hot and cold running water. **It can be difficult to reach the faucet at this hand sink; recommend keeping soap and single use towels at the sink located by the hot holding units as well to allow staff to use either sink for hand-washing. Ensure open food is not kept by the hand sink. -Hot holding at or above 60 C. -Cream dispensing coolers at 4 C or below. -Undercounter cooler not functioning and not in use. -Surface sanitizer (200 ppm quats) available. Storage/Prep Area: -Dishwasher has been removed. -Walk-in cooler at 4 C or below. -Walk-in freezer at -8 C (freezers are to be at -18 C or below). -Two-compartment sink used for sanitizing. Sanitizer dispensing at 200 ppm for Quats. **Some cleaning required in hard to reach areas such as behind and underneath equipment and in walk-in cooler. Cafeteria: -Cafeteria not in use and not inspected.
