Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Two door glass storage cooler measured at 5C internal food temperature (cheese). The door of the cooler was left open at the time of inspection. Staff member stated that it was left open while restocking.
Corrective Action(s): - Keep the glass door closed all the time, immediatley after use and inbetween uses
- Temperature of the cooler and food stored measured at less than 4C at the end of inspection
