Malfunctioning thermometer that was noted in the previous inspection report on July 26, 2021 was observed in the repaired cooler and reading -5c. Thermometer was discarded at time of inspection. Corrective Action(s): Replace burned out fluorescent bulbs so that food preparation areas are properly illuminated. Replace malfunctioning thermometer. Violation Score: 9
