Some issues are rectified. Prep table is separated from dishwasher- good The following are still outstanding: - More organization is required for storage area beside washroom and dry storage room. -Foods in buckets in walk in cooler to be store off of the floor ( 6") . -Better cleaning is required. -All foods (dry goods as well) to be in closed containers -Seal/repair all holes and fallen baseboard around the facility. All the above to be fully addressed before the follow up inspection.
