Follow-up inspection conducted to assess display cooler and fly concerns. Refer to report #ATHI-CPJRB9. -The right display cooler was serviced on Friday March 3, 2023. The mechanism shows 4C however, the internal temperature does not maintain 4C. No food is currently being stored in the cooler. Operator will call technician again. -Operator is also considering holding the indian sweets with time control. Food Safety Plan is required prior to starting that method of holding. -Fly issue has greatly improved. Continue to monitor situation.
