Kitchen:
- Hand washing station fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- All coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- All freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius.
- QUATS = 200 ppm.
- Low temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 50 ppm chlorine.
- All food stored off the floor.
Note: Use the quats sanitizer to sanitize food contact surfaces in the kitchen not the cleaner.

Storage Area:
- Hand washing station fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Dry storage area organized.
- All food stored off the floor.
- All freezers maintained at or below -18 degrees Celsius. Note: Defrost and ice accumulation from the freezers.
- Ice machine clean.
- Keg walk-in cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius.
