Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted container of soaking noodles at room temperature and container of dry garlic in oil mixture at room temperature. Container of dry garlic oil mixture discarded at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure both the above noted items are stored at 4C or less. Do not store these items at room temperature.

General sanitation satisfactory.
Meat slicer appeared clean at time of inspection.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
High temperature dish washer achieved 71⁰C (with thermolabel).
