Observation: OUTSTANDING: heavy dust build up behind waffle prep cooler. Sugar and syrup build up under the back of house dry storage shelf.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the areas immediately and clean on a more frequent basis.

Observation: Back of house handsink is not used by staff (not equipped with a working soap dispenser)
Corrective Action(s): Repair the soap dispenser. staff are using FOH handsink for now as a central handsink. this is acceptable as a temporary measure due to the size of the facility however, both handsinks must be operational. Rectify within 1 week

Surface sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm chlorine bleach with cloths stored inside. Consider diluting by 2X more water
Large bags of sugar stored off of the ground - good
Countertops in the facility has been cleaned and are no longer sticky - good
Mini fridge has been unplugged and not used. Food is not stored inside the unit. Found to not be negatively affecting operation.
