General - handwashing station stocked with soap, paper towels and hot and cold running water > repair automatic soap dispenser or purchase a pump bottle for soap - sanitizer measured 200ppm chlorine - sanitizer dispenser in back kitchen dispenses 200ppm quats - use either chlorine or quats but not both. Do not use the hydrogen peroxide bottle as food contact surfaces require potable rinse step after use - ice machine appears sanitary; scoop stored separately - dishwasher reached 72C at final rinse cycle Note: California Yogurt Mix has a packaged on date of February 2020. Check with manufacturer to ensure this is still safe to consume.
