Routine Inspection -Hand sink provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single-use towels. -Laser machine (Soprano Platinum) hand piece disinfected with 70% alcohol. -Door to treatment room has laser warning sign posted. **Ensure no guests are in the waiting area during laser service as there is an open area (wall does not reach the ceiling) between the treatment room and the waiting area. **Line the sliding door with non-reflective material as it currently slightly reflective. Correct before next laser appointment. -Treatment bed lined with single-use paper. -Client goggles are disinfected with CS20. Operator has added microneedling services (machine used is DermaStamp by Dermaroller). -Needles are prepackaged sterile. -Sharps disposal container available. -Needle pen is lined with plastic wrap and disinfected with 70% alcohol. **Discussed infection control plan. Please provide a written infection control plan for microneedling by March 8, 2023. -Establishment maintained in a clean and organized condition.
