Ice scoops are stored safely at the time of inspection.
Hand sinks stocked with liquid soap and paper towels; hot and cold running water;
Note: Dishwasher - out of order at the time of inspection.
Three-compartment sink - available and satisfactory;
Quat sanitizer solution available at 200 ppm in spray bottle and from main dispenser;
Bar towels were soaking in Chlorine solution;
Food storage - satisfactory;
Temperature log available;
Pest control in place; Traps are set and empty.
Note: Observed fruit flies traps under the front hand sink and on the counter.

Recommendation & friendly reminder:
- Replace old damaged sealing around some coolers doors.
- Do not overstocked the front wall mounted freezer (the freezer door must be properly closed).
- Often change ice-bath for coffee spoons (ice shouldn't be totally melted).
- Keep small amount of cheese at room temperature.
- Tomato slicer and some plastic storage insert containers must be properly cleaned and sanitized.
- Ice machine has to be service as per the FoodSafety & Sanitation Plans.
