Routine inspection conducted:
File includes the bistro restaurant section and the adjacent deli section (various Ready to Eat Food items)

- Hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Chest cooler at the kitchen measured at 4 degree C
- Coolers at the bar measured at 4 degree C or under
- Freezers measured at -18 degree C or under
- Dishwasher measured at 71.6 degree C on the plate surface
- Hot holding units temperature measured at 60 degree or above
- General sanitation good (ensure all corners of floors in hard to reach areas are also maintained/cleaned)
- no sign of pests noted at the time of inspection
- Staff with valid FoodSafe certificate on-site

**Note : sanitizer is called DuoZyme (United 955) and appears to be quat based. Quats Test strips available for staff. Will follow up with company to confirm what dilution/concentration sanitizer is foodsafe.
