- Quats at main feed inconsistent. Ranges between 150 ppm and 200 ppm. Discussed with staff. Ecolab due to come in and work on system. Have them verify concentration is at least 200 ppm. - Make sure all electrical boxes are mounted in place to ensure scheduled cleaning and maintenance is complete and proper. - Continue to wipe down work surfaces to remove construction dust. Most areas pretty good, but there are a selection of secondary shelves are dusty. *Employee washroom sink is properly sealed and stocked. OK.
