Observation: Meats, vegetables, prepared foods in both the walk-in cooler and the chest freezer not labeled as to contents, where and when purchased or nutrition or ingredient labels.
Corrective Action(s): All food must be labeled as to what they are, when prepared/use by date/s (FIFO). Nutrition and ingredient labels are to be kept on site especially if contents are removed from original container/package.

306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Grease accumulations on sanitizer bottle range hood filters and surfaces, debris in walk-in cooler and on condenser fan, dough mixer has dried and encrusted dough in the mixing bowl on the mixing blade and on the outside of the mixer as well.

Corrective Action(s): Premises needs a thorough general cleaning where grease, food and debris accumulations.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Deep fryer set up between hand sink and three compartment sink at back of kitchen, not venting or fire suppression system installed.
Corrective Action(s): Deep fryer must be taken out of service until proper installation has been completed and this installation meets all legislated requirements for health, fire, safety, building code etc.
