Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] (Multiple machines such as creamer/milk, hot chocolate and slush machines have mildew and mould collected by dispenser. )
Comments

Please ensure to regularly clean the beverage and creamer/milk machines as mildew buildup happens fairly quickly.
Most of the food debris in the back storage area has been completed with exception of floor of walk-in freezer and front of the house cup holder/coffee station.
Lighting in the walk-in freezer has been replaced.
Some mice droppings still noted under pop storage rack by ice machine.
Fruit fly activity in the back is still high and will require more action, such as glue traps and removing mop water.
Remind all staff to empty mop bucket water after use and flip it upside down to prevent standing water from collecting.
Overall sanitation has improved but not enough to deter fruit fly activity.
Recommend increasing staff at this location so sanitation can be maintained.
