Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted several wiping cloths on food contact surfaces at time of inspection. Also, sanitizer solution level in container was so low that wiping cloths would not be submerged.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all wiping cloths are stored in sanitizer solution and are fully submerged in sanitizer when not in use in order to prevent microbial growth.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed staff member washing bean sprouts in hand wash sink at time of inspection.

Hand wash stations were fully equipped with hot/cold running water, soap and paper towel. See violation code 401 re: accessibility.
All coolers 4C or less.
Freezers -18C to -22C
Hot holding of rice and miso soup all higher than 60C.
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at time of inspection.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
Low temperature dish washer had 50ppm chlorine. Chlorine test strips available.
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, lights in food preparation areas had covers..etc)
