Comments

-Kitchen renovations are planned for next year. Ensure that floor plans are sent to Fraser Health in advance of the renovations. -A small number of mouse droppings were found in the kitchen and storage room. Pest control is on site regularly. Kitchen is not currently in operation for the lunch program, but it may start up again next year. Kitchen stand up refrigerator was < 4 C. Chest freezer in the room next to the kitchen was < -18 C, and the cooler was < 4 C. The dishwasher reached > 71 C at the plate. Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels. General sanitation was satisfactory.
