Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Cut fruits (melons) observed stored in cooler with ambient temperature of 10C. Staff say it has just been prepared just less than 2hours ago.
2. Cheese and cream cheese stored in this cooler. Staff say they have been there for a few days.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Fruits has been moved to other working cooler.
2. Cheese has been discarded.

- Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
- High temperatures dishwasher for the bulk scoops measure 72C final rinse at plate level.
- All other coolers 4C and below
- All freezers -18C and below
- Baby food spot checked, all checked are within expiry date.

Note:
- Bakery: Please ensure food debris are swept up as debris can be observed accumulating under racks.
- Bakery: Please ensure cake toppings (sprinkles) are cleaned up as it can be observed accumulating under equipment
- Please ensure staff are educated on how to check sanitizer concentration with test strips. (QUAT sanitizer to measure 200-400ppm)
- Back storage area: Please ensure bottom tray of the bread tray stack is empty to ensure food is stored 6inches above the ground.
- Dairy walk in cooler: Fan grills observed to have debris caught in them. Please clean.
- Produce walk in cooler: Fan grills observed to be dusty. Please clean.
