Follow up inspection to Routine inspection conducted on January 07,2021.

The following items were corrected:
- Lack of food out at room temperature observed during inspection
- Paper towels found in all paper towel dispensing units of each Hand sink
- All food covered in cooler unit
- Bins have been relocated external to dry storage bins
- Extensive cleaning has occurred throughout (including grill exhaust canopy vents, back splash to grill area, floor, upper and lower shelves, microwave, storage containers, Cardboard has been removed)
- Shelf liner has been added to sushi knife storage shelf
- Hand sink in sushi area has had caulking replaced and mould has been cleaned.
