Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Ice machine for the front bar requires cleaning. Brown/pinkish slime observed on the inside surface.
Correction: Ensure to empty out the machine, wash- manually scrub clean, and sanitize the inside. [CORRECT BY" THURSDAY]
Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted:

-Inside of ice machine cleaned/sanitized after the routine inspection. Good.
-Rodent droppings from the back area removed and cleaned.
-Pressure gauge above the mechanical dishwasher being repaired at this time. Technician on site.
-Operator and one of the cooks (I.S.K) had taken refresher course- Good until March 31 and April 14, 2024, respectively.
-Professional pest control company contracted for monthly visits. APC- Recent pest control report provided at this time.
-High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.7'C at the plate level after final rinse.

NOTE: No food prep happening in kitchen at this time. Ensure to have 100-200ppm chlorine solution prepared BEFORE initiating any food prep in kitchen. ALWAYS.
