*ENSURE ALL STAFF IS AWARE ABOUT PROPER CLEANING AND SANITIZING OF UTENSILS, FOOD BUCKETS, FOOD TRAYS AND TONGS ETC.
ALL OF THESE ITEMS MUST BE SANITIZED AFTER WASHING AND RINSING. SANITIZATION CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED BY SOAKING THESE ITEMS IN
200 PPM CHLORINE BLEACH SOLUTION (1 CAPFUL OF BLEACH PER GALLON OF WATER).

* Ensure that round buckets used for storing marinated chicken are not used for storing ready to eat ingredients such as dressing and salads etc.
* Supply paper towels in the wall-mounted dispensers located at both hand sinks (Immediately).
* Ensure bleach water sanitizer solution (200 ppm) is available at each work station.

Humus, vegetables and all other ingredients in the preparation cooler registered below 4 degrees C.
